Through subsidiaries, Camber provides custom energy & power solutions to commercial and industrial clients in North America and has a majority interest in: (i) entities with the intellectual property rights to patented and patent pending Electric Transmission and Distribution Broken Conductor Protection Systems; and (ii) an entity with intellectual property rights to a patented, proprietary Medical & Bio-Hazard Waste Treatment system using Ozone Technology. Camber also holds, through a subsidiary, a license in a patented clean energy and carbon-capture system for exclusive use in Canada and multiple locations
in the U.S.

This balanced approach can expedite growth while reducing dependence on any particular division. Our aim is to acquire a majority interest in assets or entities with current revenue streams and realistic upside potential.
